Very quick and easy job (takes 60 seconds) swapping over a computer component in an arcade machine for our customer who is unable. It's literally just unplugging the cables, unscrewing it off the dock, screwing new one on and plugging cables in.

I am running Adobe programs daily on a Studio Mac and I am now getting messages like 'scratch disk full' and disc error etc. I have dumped so many large files but I don't think I am doing things correctly. I'm experienced on Mac (it's all I have used for 30 years) but with YouTube video's and all the recordings, I'm in a real muddle and don't think I'm dumping the right files. Everything is saved in cloud but again, I am just so confused. I would prefer someone to come over but can do online as well.

The computer is on but the screen is black. The last thing I did on the computer was a software update a few days ago. Since then the screen won't display anything but black. I tried starting it back up in recovery mode (holding command R on start up) and I've also tried holding the shift key on start up, as well as control command P R. None of this made any difference. I tried unplugging it from the wall for a few minutes. Nada! It's not brand new but it's not that old either. Please help
