We have an apartment that is roughly 50sqm that we need painted. The job will need to include the below: (All Areas on image with carpet) PREPARE, PATCH AND PAINT OF INTERNAL SPACE - Lay drop sheets and apply tape to surfaces to be protected - Scrape, patch and sand all damages, spot prime as required - Apply 2 coats of flat arcylic to ceiling - Apply 2 coats of low sheen acrylic to walls - Apply 2 coats of semi-gloss enamel to woodwork We have floorboards being installed on Wednesday 28th of Jan, so the paint job will need to work around this. We are open to this happen before or after floorboards are installed. If painting happens before, you will need you to return to finish off the skirting boards, however if you paint after the installation of the boards, we would require drop sheets and tape be applied to surfaces, and extra care to be taken. You will need to supply the paint of our choice. We are looking at Dulux. TBC colour.

I have a 2-bedroom apartment that recently had new flooring and skirting boards installed. The installers didn’t seal the gaps between the wall and the skirting, so I’m looking for someone detail-oriented to tidy up the finish. Scope of work: • Apply No More Gaps neatly between the wall and skirting • Apply clear silicone sealant between the skirting and floor for a clean, sealed edge • Fill small drill holes or plank gaps in the skirting • Paint and sanding (want it looking in as new condition as possible) Materials: I already have most materials on hand – caulking gun, No More Gaps, hole filler, and shaping tools. I can purchase anything additional if needed. Notes: • Apartment is clean and easy to access • Looking for a clean, professional finish • Flexible with timing (weekday or weekend)

1 bedroom apartment needing painting. This apartment is a 1bdr, 1 bath (plus study), but bedroom only has 1 wall needing painting. - Bedroom 3.3 x 3.1 - study 2.0 x 2.3 - living 4.3 x 3.8 - kitchen 3.8 x 2.4 - bathroom ceiling also (small, havent got exact measurements). Apartment doesn't have much natural light, so ideally a shade of white that will brighten up the place a bit. No damage to unit walls / ceiling, just need a freshen up. I will require this work to be completed between 12th August - 15th August.

Our 90 sqm, 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment needs a clean before we move in on Friday. Including a general clean, there is some rubbish leftover (mostly newspaper and plastic bags) after painting. There are small paint marks left on the floors as a result of the painting. Can you include that as part of the clean?
