Would like someone to clean and disinfect walls and ceilings of our 3 bed apartmemt. A couple of rooms are showing signs of mould.

Hi! I need someone to finish painting my 2 bedroom apartment between June 6-8. All walls will be prepped. Only one coat is needed. Paint, brushes, rollers and drop sheets will all be provided. I will have already painted the two bedrooms, so all you will need to finish is the kitchen and dining area (pictured). Thanks!

Experienced painters required. The scope of works is to prepare and paint our vacant three bedroom apartment. Internal works only, located on ground floor of a small deco apartment building. The apartment is approximately 100 square metres in floor area. We would like you to help to do the following: Light sand to prepare all internal walls, Light sand to prepare and paint all internal windows (windows are mostly timber, in good condition), Sand and prepare ceilings, Two Bathrooms, ceiling only Light sand and paint of nine doors, including the front door and architraves and skirting. Site to be kept tidy. We will supply all paint, to be painted white throughout (lexicon quarter). Some internal photos and floor plan are attached. Note apartment is not furnished as its undergoing a minor renovation so access is relatively simple. Looking for good value offers please, ready to start immediately.
