I need someone reliable and affordable for a longterm cleaning job in Melbourne CBD. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom But only one person is living there and 2 of the 3 rooms are barely used. Previous arrangement was a 1h clean every 3 weeks for 40$/hour.

Kitchen cleaning, including the oven, stovetop, rangehood, cupboards (inside and outside), benchtops, sink, and splashback. Cleaning of 2 bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, tiles, and floors. Vacuuming and mopping all floors. Dusting and wiping all surfaces. Cleaning skirting boards, doors, light switches, and internal windows. Wiping wardrobes and cupboards (inside and outside). Balcony sweep and tidy. Remove cobwebs and leave the apartment clean and ready for the final inspection. The apartment may still contain some furniture, as we may not have moved everything out by the cleaning day. I have a vacuum cleaner, mop, cloths, floor cleaner, and bleach available for use.. You will need to bring your own professional carpet steam cleaning machine, as well as any equipment and products required for deep cleaning, including removing mould, cleaning walls, and any other end-of-lease cleaning supplies. The property needs to be cleaned to an end-of-lease standard and left ready for the final inspection. An invoice is preferred if available.
