Split AC installation

Split system air conditioners come with a compressor placed in the outdoor unit and a condenser set in the indoor unit, which cools the room. You can choose whether you want to have a floor-mounted or a wall-mounted installation with this type. Both kinds are completely ductless, which can help increase your energy savings and reduce running costs. You can even be more energy efficient by having your property insulated and help control its temperature.
Central aircon installation
A central air conditioning system is perfect for those who have a large property with multiple rooms. It relies on ducted systems installed in your house or building. These ducts connect rooms and allow the regulated air to travel efficiently, creating a cooler and comfortable temperature in the least amount of time. If your property doesn’t have the ductwork to support this kind of aircon, you may need to have your home renovated to retrofit the system.

3.5kWh cooling output split-system aircon installation on internal brick wall. Not a back-to-back install, will need to put piping through attic, and install the outdoor unit at the back (3-4m away). Will only accept minimal piping along the internal wall if it’s to get the pipes and wires into the attic. Will not accept any more than that. In the photo with the front door, it backs onto the driveway. So I can’t put the outdoor unit there. I will supply the air condition system. Happy to pay ~$300 for a condensate pump, and any other reasonable cost for extra piping to get it out to the back.
