The heat pump dryer is turning on but not spinning after a wet heavy load was attempted to dry.

We have a water heat pump system at the back of the shop. The outdoor unit with fan and compressor is attached on the wall, but needs to be moved 30cm on the right as it is overlapping on the neighbour so part of the wall. Please note the unit has refrigerant gas lines that would need déconnexion.

I have heat pump ducting pipes for the ducted aircon going inside wardrobes. I need these covered by a board (MDF panel) so that this is hidden. Compressor and fans run. Indoor air sometimes cools but operation is unstable. Large/suction pipe stays warm in cooling; small pipe can get quite cold. Unit switches correctly into heating, but struggles to return fully to cooling. Previous actuator / reversing valve issue for zoning fixed. Suspect mechanically sticking reversing valve. Looking for diagnosis and quote for repair vs replacement.

Moving a heavy heat pump dryer (60kg) downstairs to my internal garage

We ordered a Rinnai Electric Heat Pump and they delivered it to the front bedroom. We now need it moved out to the back of the house via a side lane, approx 20m house front to back. Please note it is very heavy, 120kg. We have a trolley and a strap to assist. No installation needed, just moving.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to install an outdoor weatherproof power point for a new heat pump. Scope of work: • Install 1 x outdoor weatherproof GPO (power point) on the external wall in the location I’ll show you. • Existing internal power point directly behind the desired location, and • Another existing power point approx. 10 metres away on the same wall outside. • Power board is 15 meters from the desired spot. Pool Heat Pump– Compressor Humming & Shutting Off Likely Capacitor. My pool heat pump has stopped heating properly. The fan still runs, but the compressor makes a loud humming sound for 2–3 seconds, then shuts off, and this cycle repeats. The water temp stays stuck around 23°C even though the system is set to the mid-30s. The unit is 6 years old, and based on symptoms, this is almost certainly a run/start capacitor failure on the compressor side. I need a technician who can: • diagnose the issue • replace the faulty capacitor (likely 30–80 µF depending on model) • check compressor startup and system function • ensure proper heating output

Ecogenica model Eg-215f, Failed capacitor or tripped safety switch issue. 15mm tempering valve has been replaced same issue. Recall for where the control panel inside the heat pump unit hasn't been touched just out of warranty 2yrs & 3 months now. Warranty 2 yrs. Need quote on repairs. Thanks in advance. Not a emergency situation.
