I'm 31 and looking for a PT to help me continue improving my fitness and strength. Over the last month I've been completing a fitness program with group classes and some PT sessions and I've definitely started to feel stronger and fitter. However due to the cost of the program, I couldn't continue it. I'd ideally like 2 sessions per week (possibly Tues & Fri), with guidance on exercises I can do on my own in between (where possible). I'm also a mum to an 18-month old so life is busy but I'm committed to staying consistent. I enjoy boxing and would love to incorporate that it into training from time to time. Technique and injury prevention are important to me, so I'm looking for someone knowledgeable, down to earth, supportive and able to keep me accountable. I don't have space or equipment at home, so I'd ideally like sessions at a local park or somewhere suitable not too far from Hunters Hill.
