Title: “Experienced Plumber – 1hr $140, Extra Hours $120/hr (up to 3hrs)” Description: 1-hour minimum; extra tasks if time allows/ suits . Main Tasks (priority): • Repair small hole in copper pipe (~15–20 min) • Adjust toilet cistern insert (low water level, ~15 min) , loses water Both tasks: Estimated total time: 30–45 min Rate: $140/hr (Airtasker fees included). All parts provided. Extras (pending your schedule ): • Change old tap to new (front patio) required • Replace valve under bathroom sink which I have on hand. • Adjust shower tap plate- ( loose after a recent spindle changover ) Not a priority but if you have time : • Reduce copper water pipe from roof (~3m) to ground and run along wall (optional, not priority) For Other small plumbing/odd jobs (either same day or separate booking, - If tackled on day I assure a 3-hr minimum)total hours work overall • Extra tasks rate: $120/hr, Lunch provided if we go over >4 hrs. Local cafe. Requirements: • Own tools • Experienced in basic plumbing and small repairs • Reliable and efficient Notes: • 1-hour minimum task required • If cistern not done, look.at completing tackling alternative task/ s to make up the hour. If work is compleyed in less than 3hours you still get paid for the 3 hours- great if you got an apt helper. Bunnings is only (5-min drive each way) • I can assist as extra pair of hands Payment: Any additional hours ; Bank transfer, PayPal, or cash if preferred - can be arrange with sone notice. Need plumber to adjust the 50mm PVC pipe slightly back towards the wall (maybe 5cm), so that the drawers can close properly. Plumb mixer tap and vanity waste. I can do the final securing of the sink and I will do silicon all around. Can only do Monday (9 February) onwards, after tiling is done. Mixer tap and sink waste supplied as shown in photos.

I need to explore options to replace a shower recess in the house noting there is evidence of moisture damage and cracked tiles. We had another contractor provide a scope of works which is attached to help applicants understand what needs to be done to provide an accurate quote. Please note that we are in a position whereby if the costs are too high, we may need to forgo repairs and sell. We have been hammered with an insane amount of remedial works since the cyclone last year which the Insurer refused to cover and we are now having to consider selling. So I am looking for a competitive quote for a good job. If I can find something suitable then we wont proceed at all.

Last month, I noticed a water leak through the garage ceiling from the upstairs shower. When inspected the shower, I noticed a straight crack in the grout joint of the floor title. Refer to the before and after photos. I removed the grout from this straight joint and around the drain cover and refilled it with silicone. Left it to dry for a few days but it’s still leaking a few minutes after opening the tap. The grouting in the rest of tile joints is not perfect but looks intact. I’ve also attached a photo which was taken from downstairs through a powerpoint opening in the garage ceiling. The water mainly starts dripping from the around the drain point but plumbing seems ok. I need someone to find the main issue and repair it (potentially by applying epoxy grouting to the floor and first row of wall tiles and reapplying all silicones around). The grout colours to match existing The size of the shower base is appr 1.1 x 0.9m
