I need an experienced plumber or handyman to update my bathroom basin hardware and perform a high-quality reseal of the bathtub. This is a maintenance task to tide the bathroom over until a future renovation. 1. 3-Piece Basin Tap Set Task: Replace the existing two handles of a standard 3-piece set with new ones (see picture) Consultation: I need your professional advice on whether the current spout should also be replaced at the same time or if it’s in good enough condition to remain. Requirement: Ensure all washers/valves are checked so there are no drips after installation. 2. Bathtub Sealant & Gap Filling Task: Remove very old, multi-layered sealant from the junction between the bathtub and the wall tiles. The Challenge: There seems to be a physical gap between the tile and the tub that needs to be bridged. Requirement: You must completely scrape back and clean all old silicone layers to ensure a "clean-to-the-surface" bond. Finish: Apply a professional, smooth, and watertight bead of mould-resistant sanitary silicone. Requirements for the Tasker: Safety & Neatness: Must use the correct tools to avoid scratching the bath or tiles during the removal process. Materials: Please provide high-quality, anti-mould sanitary silicone (White). Tools: Please bring all plumbing tools and silicone finishing tools.

The upstairs have 2-3 cracked tiles. The water enters through the crack and leak to downstairs ceiling (there is shower downstairs directly below the upstairs shower). Remove cracked tiles, re-waterproof shower area. A plumber did a water pressure test and confirmed that there are no leaks through pipes/fittings.

Need help with repairs for two sinks. Bathroom sink: The water drains very slowly, likely due to a blockage in the drain that needs to be cleared. The handle on the right side is loose and tends to fall off, so it needs to be repaired or replaced. Kitchen sink: There is a leak from the faucet. Water is coming out from a gap when the tap is turned on (see attached image). Looking for a qualified plumber to fix these issues. Please let me know your availability and if you can purchase replacement parts (such as the faucet and handle) if needed.
