Job description: Full internal sanitary drainage design covering all fixtures (1 bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, combined with laundry; 1 kitchen) — internal soil and waste pipe layout, floor wastes, fixture connections, pipe sizing, fall gradients, venting, and connection to mains sewer/onsite system as applicable. As the site is H1, the design also needs to show pipe run layout to the point of connection, locations of flexible/articulated joints (slab penetrations, footing crossings, other movement-prone points), and joint type/product specified (WaterMark-approved) — referenced against AS/NZS 3500.2 (Appendix G) and AS 2870. Documentation should be suitable for Council/building approval and licensed plumber sign-off. PDF and CAD plans, structural drawings, and site classification report available to attach for review and quoting. Please confirm licensing and include estimated lead time and design cost range in your quote. Final installation and sign-off to be completed by a licensed plumber/drainer in NSW.

I need a plumber to install a new cold water tap/connection for a new front-load washer-dryer in my laundry cupboard. Currently, the cupboard only has a hot water tap outlet, but the new machine requires a cold water feed to operate. There is existing cold water lines in the attached bathroom.
