Seeking an experienced and qualified plumber to investigate the hot water pressure in the shower. The shower's hot-water pressure is about half of the cold-water pressure. The shower's hot water also doesn’t heat up or stay hot well, unless the bathroom tap is running a trickle of hot water at the same time. We’ve tested both shower hot and cold with the tap spindles removed and got the same result. All other taps in the house have the same water pressure for both hot and cold, and they heat up and stay hot without issue. We are renovating the bathroom, and all the shower tiles have already been removed. We need to fix this problem before starting the tiling service. I need an experienced tradesperson to drill a tap hole in a brand-new ABI Interiors Nelios Concrete Wall-Hung Basin and then wall hang it into timber noggins at the right height The basin is supplied without a pre-drilled tap hole and the manufacturer requires the tap hole to be marked and drilled to suit the selected tapware (tapware is onsite). The basin is genuine concrete and has a nano-sealed finish, so I need someone with experience drilling concrete, stone, engineered stone, ceramic, or similar bathroom fixtures. Scope of Work: Drill/cut a clean tap hole to suit our basin mixer tapware. Use appropriate diamond hole saw / concrete drilling equipment Avoid chipping, cracking, or damaging the basin finish Clean up after completion Basin Details ABI Interiors Nelios Concrete Wall-Hung Basin Concrete construction Approx. 420mm x 320mm x 143mm Basin is new and currently unmodified

Seeking an experienced and qualified plumber to investigate a concealed water leak. I have water appearing from the floor area inside my bedroom wardrobe, which backs onto my bathroom shower. The water is now spreading into the carpet and appears to be originating from within the wall cavity or beneath the shower area. I’m looking for a plumber with extensive experience in leak detection and diagnosing complex water ingress issues. This will likely require a thorough assessment to determine whether the source is a failed shower waterproofing membrane, leaking shower plumbing, drainage issue, failed seals, or another hidden defect. Ideally, I’m seeking someone who has experience using non-invasive leak detection methods and can accurately identify the source before any unnecessary demolition is undertaken. I understand access to walls, skirting, flooring, or sections of the shower may be required depending on the findings. If you have experience with these types of investigations and repairs, please contact me.
