Need shower screen installer/bathroom repair specialist to inspect and fix water escaping from my frameless shower enclosure. When the shower is being used, water is flowing out from the LEFT side of the shower opening, underneath/around the bottom of the fixed glass panel. The water then travels along the bathroom floor/grout line towards the floor waste. Silicone has previously been applied around the bottom of the shower screen, but this has not solved the problem, I would like someone experienced to: • Inspect the left-hand opening/bottom of the fixed glass panel where the water is escaping. • Check whether the shower screen requires a proper bottom seal, water stop, threshold or channel to prevent water escaping - rectify the problem

Hello, I’m after a quote for a full install job. Ideally from one person/team who can handle electrical, plumbing and tiling, rather than juggling multiple trades. The job: Installing a Japanese electric bidet toilet seat (TOTO washlet, or similar) onto a wall-hung toilet with a concealed in-wall cistern Nearest power point is currently up near the top shelf (see photo). Needs relocating closer to the toilet so the bidet can be plugged in safely and within bathroom electrical "zone" rules (AS/NZS3000) Will likely need a few tiles removed to run new wiring down to the toilet, then re-tiled/made good afterwards Also need the water supply connected to the bidet unit (usually taps off the existing toilet supply line) 2 toilets/bathrooms need this done, same setup in both Bidet unit: Haven't purchased yet. I've done my own research but open to your recommendations if you've installed these before and have a preferred model/supplier Happy for you to supply it as part of the quote, or I can purchase separately, whichever works out better Location: Forest Lodge, NSW Looking for someone licensed (electrical + plumbing, or a team that covers both) with experience on concealed cistern / washlet installs.
