I am looking for an experienced and reliable handyman to set up a temporary bath-over-shower arrangement for tenants in a unit. No plumbing work involved. The job requires: • Stabilising the freestanding bath (is on rubberised feet, currently is rocking away from the wall when climbed into) • Measuring and positioning a suction-mount shower head bracket • Measuring and marking placement for a curved curtain rod (supplied) then drilling into tiled walls to install it (2 drill points into tiled short-end walls) and attaching curtain and liner • Unscrewing the existing bath spout (see photo), and attaching a diverter (supplied) to the existing bath tap/spout • Connecting the shower hose to the diverter and attaching the shower head, then measuring and mounting onto the suction mounted holder • Full setup and test to confirm everything is functional and ready for use This appointment cannot be rescheduled - the tenants are only available at this time - so reliability is essential. Please only apply if you can fully commit to the agreed time. I am looking for someone with strong practical problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and experience drilling into tiles. (Please do not apply if you do not have the correct tile drill bit). I will be on-site to assist with lifting and setup

1. Shower tray is leaking onto the bathroom floor when we take a shower. We need someone to provide a waterproof patch job that will hold. It appears to be a very small gab in the grout/ tiling binder that’s causing the leak 2. Our catch is also peeling off and needs replacing.

We are noticing mold in our timber flooring next to the bathroom. We suspect there is a leak or waterproofing issue as the screed under the timber is wet. Water is not coming through above the tiles. Could be shower, vanity or toilet. Need help to determine what the issue is.

We pulled a bath and its frame out, and now want to turn this space into a shower only, plus remove some of the lower wall tiles where mould is in the grout. Waterproofing needs redoing, and we’ll use the same wall tiles, and look to get the matching floor tiles also. Planning on putting in a glass sliding door and new shower/tap ware too. See current photo and mockup of proposed finished look. On site parking available, in a small apartment block in Stanmore. Needs to be finished by Sunday May 17th, or ideally asap. Thanks!
