I’ve got a bathroom tap that keeps coming loose and leaking. The issue seems to be that the retaining nut/screw sits behind the wall tile, so when the tap gets used regularly (especially by the kids), it works its way loose again. I’ve already tried tightening it and replacing the O-rings, but the problem keeps coming back. The fitting appears to sit too far back behind the tile, making it difficult to secure properly. Looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to inspect it and provide a permanent fix. It may need a spacer, extension, replacement fitting, or another solution. Located in Beenleigh. Please quote including any likely parts required.

Installing a shower above ground - need plumbing connected to basin along side for drainage as well as installing pipes for water to the shower - will be using an electric water heater (if able to install - bonus) Images attached - sizes are standard 1m X 3m space to work with. Looking at elevating the shower to avoid any digging. Material can be provided - unless you can get cheaper discounts as a Tradie - you will need your own tools for the job. Your advice and expertise to complete the job welcomed. (Quoted based on time only- estimated 3-4hrs)
