Looking for a qualified plumber to install plumbing connections for a washing machine in our downstairs dual living space. The preferred location is the existing bar fridge space. However, the space is approximately 5mm too narrow for the narrowest washing machine we could find. Ideally, we would love someone to suggest a practical solution to make the washing machine fit in the designated space. However, we are open to having the washing machine installed just outside the space if fitting it inside is not feasible. The area was not originally designed for a washing machine, so please refer to the attached photos showing the existing sink, pipes and water connections. Requirements: * Install suitable water supply and drainage connections for a washing machine. * Ensure the existing sink remains fully functional and can be used at the same time as the washing machine. * Assess the existing plumbing and recommend the most practical installation solution. * Ideally, help us work out whether the washing machine can fit into the existing bar fridge space or whether an alternative location would be more suitable. Please provide a quote or estimate, including materials and labour.

Looking for a licensed plumber to repair a Roca toilet cistern. The toilet has several issues: * The SIAMP 27A inlet/fill valve float is sticking against the cistern wall, preventing normal refilling. * Water continues to trickle into the toilet bowl, suggesting a possible issue with the flush valve or seal. * The chrome dual-flush button assembly is broken. Scope of work: 1. Inspect and replace the inlet/fill valve assembly. 2. Inspect and replace the central dual-flush outlet valve and seals as required. 3. Supply and install a compatible replacement chrome dual-flush button assembly. 4. Adjust the water level and test for correct filling, flushing and leaks.
