I need an RPEQ to prepare the site plan, earthworks plan and retaining wall engineering for a new owner-builder house in the Gladstone Regional Council area. The house plans are already prepared. This task is for the site-specific work around the house pad. Required: - site plan with proposed pad/finished levels - cut/fill and earthworks plan - cut/fill volume estimate - retaining wall layout, sections and cross-sections - retaining wall engineering and Form 15 filled - drainage, backfill, surcharge and erosion/sediment notes - check of boundaries, services and Council infrastructure - comments on Steep Land and Acid Sulfate Soils requirements - advice on likely approval triggers, including whether Operational Works may be required - note on what you can sign and what needs to be handled by the owner, certifier, plumber, surveyor, geotech, Council or local inspector Current concept to review: - new house pad generally as shown on my overlay - stepped/keyed cut from the house pad toward the rear boundary - terraced retaining walls if required - retaining wall along one side of the house pad if required - earthworks/retaining preferably completed before the house is built, if that is the better construction sequence Preferred output: PDF with layers for survey/contours, house footprint, proposed levels, cut/fill, retaining walls, drainage, services and notes.
