We're looking for someone experienced in Rex CRM data imports, preferably with prior experience working directly with Rex’s import process. The task involves combining multiple spreadsheets from an alternate supplier into a single import-ready format. These spreadsheets reference one another (e.g., properties, contacts, listings, notes, etc.), so you’ll need a strong understanding of data relationships and dependencies. To be successful, you’ll need: Advanced Excel skills A clear grasp of how relational data works across multiple tabs Experience formatting and aligning data for successful import into Rex Bonus if you’ve previously completed Rex CRM imports or worked with real estate CRMs Accuracy is critical – we’re aiming for a clean, error-free import that preserves all cross-linked data.

Beginner lawyer or paralegal who currently does not work for law firm to prepare a brief (contact experts, research cases, photocopy documents, etc) for a judicial enquiry (appeal) for a person who is innocent of a criminal charge. It's to do with a Sydney case; so although the work is remote, you would need to be in Sydney to pick up documents and to make a few jail legal visits. This task will be at the preliminary stage for now. Some background information about you may be helpful due to sensitivity of the case. The work could take a few months off and on while waiting for replies from experts. It's not full-time work. The client knows his case and what needs doing; so,you will be working for him. The task involves following legal instructions in just putting the brief together.
