We’re looking for experienced Xero users to connect an active Xero organisation and thoroughly test the platform. You’ll be asked to: Connect through Xero’s standard secure authorisation process Ask at least 25 meaningful questions about revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, customers, suppliers, trends, unusual movements, risks and recommended actions Challenge the platform with detailed or difficult questions Identify answers that are accurate, partly useful, incorrect, confusing, missing context or unable to be answered Provide practical feedback on the current experience and future features you would value Feedback can be provided through our written testing template, a recorded screen walkthrough, a feedback call, or a combination of these. You must own or have proper authority to connect the Xero organisation. We will never ask for your Xero password and will explain what data is accessed, how to disconnect and how to request deletion. When applying, please include your role, Xero experience, whether you manage your own business or multiple clients, business type and size, your preferred feedback method and current availability.
