Looking for a practising lawyer (no experience required, must work for a law firm) to help prepare a judicial enquiry. Note - if not currently working for a law firm, are you able to get assigned to one, so that you can do this task under the company name? Not a lot of work to do, just contacting expert witnesses, sending them material, photocopying legal material, visiting the client in custody in Sydney, just clerical type work. Should take 3 to 6 months but not continuous full-time work.

I need advice and support on Occupational Therapy contracts. I am hiring an OT who has now received her limited registration from AHPRA. She is from Brazil and has been working as an OT in her country. Now that she has been working with me as an OT assistant, I would like to have her on in a permanent part-time role and she will need to clock in 24 hours a week minimum. Subsequently, after completing her supervision as a part-time OT with us, we will move her onto a full time role. I will also look into subcontracting another OT for once or twice a week. This OT has been working here in South Australia for 6 years and is a local. I will need advice and support in working on the contract for them. Having a lawyer who has experience in this area would be great. But I am open to seeing what is available out there and would like to first be consulted and then subsequently working on the contracts with me. Fees can be negotiated with me as the amount shown is not a final figure. Please let me know your cost and fees. If you have more information to share, please let me know.
