Old Hot water system has solar and a 80Liters tank and Eternity T20 , hot water stops and have to turn off and on the tap few times to get hot water in shower. need to disconnect solar and tank and ahve only GAS on. Attached photos of old system.

I need help setting up a portable air conditioner in my bedroom with a proper, stable, semi-permanent window installation. I’ve tried the manufacturer’s window sealing plate, but it doesn’t fit my window properly and the exhaust hose does not lock in securely. I tried using insulation tape but it keeps failing under heat and the hose falls out both ends. I’m looking for someone experienced with portable AC installs / handyman work who can: * properly secure the exhaust hose to the AC unit * properly secure the hose to the window sealing panel (or an improved solution) * seal gaps around the window so hot air doesn’t leak back in * create a one-and-done setup that I don’t need to redo every hot day I’m happy for the window to remain closed / partially fixed for summer if needed. Open to practical solutions (custom panel, additional materials, etc.) just want it done properly and securely. Looking for a solution that does not rely solely on tape and can handle hot days without coming loose.

My phone has fallen down a void of a old Hobart house (between the space between double brick walls) The depth is up to 15 meters with lots of brick connectors in-between. looking for someone with a bore camera (15-20m) that can it least locate it so I know which brick/wall panel to pull out.
