Replace 14 double power points, including upgrading one existing single power point to a double.

Hello, We require an URGENT call-out from a qualified and licensed Tasmanian Electrician to diagnose and repair a major electrical fault at our retail store, in Launceston. The Issue: This is a critical safety and operational issue. A specific electrical socket in our store has failed twice when a small heater was plugged in. The most recent failure tripped the power to the entire store. The main circuit breaker, which is located in a neighbouring tenancy, had to be reset by a third party to restore power. The faulty socket is now considered extremely dangerous and is not being used. This fault poses a significant risk of fire, electric shock, and further store-wide power outages. The Job: The task is to attend the site urgently, make the circuit safe, and replace the faulty socket. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely isolating power to the circuit. 2. Diagnosing the root cause of the fault (e.g., overloaded circuit, damaged socket, wiring issue). 3. Supplying and installing a new, high-quality replacement power socket. 4. Thoroughly testing the new socket and the circuit to ensure they are safe and operating correctly. 5. Providing a certificate of electrical safety for the work completed. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured Tasmanian Electrician. - You must have your own diagnostic tools and carry standard replacement parts (e.g., power sockets) to ensure a single-visit repair. - MUST provide a certificate of electrical safety upon completion.
