Looking for someone to assist with painting our home. Happy to buy all the paint just bring your brushes. Electrical Work Required Summary: We require a licensed electrician to address several items identified in a recent inspection to ensure compliance and the safety. Scope of Work • Upgrade the main switchboard so that all circuits are protected by RCD/RCBO. • Rectify all concerns with the switchboard, including: o Bare earth wiring (requires insulation with heat shrink) o Exposed terminals (must be insulated to prevent accidental contact) o Unsafe installation of a circuit breaker (currently loose and not mounted on a DIN rail) • Issue a Certificate of Electrical Safety upon completion. • Replace the existing single GPO (power point) above the fridge with a double GPO. • Repair a faulty GPO in the kitchen (not working, but not an immediate safety concern). Additional Details • All smoke alarms are compliant and do not require attention. • The property is a residential apartment, built before August 1997. • Work must comply with the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021 and AS/NZS 3019 standards.
