Hi there, I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to assist with online research and lead follow-up to help locate my missing cat. This is something very important to me, and I’d really value someone who is thorough, proactive, and compassionate. Several listings are live and generating data, while a new batch is being staged for launch, so you’ll be working on both mature and brand-new properties from day one. Your mission is simple: squeeze more revenue out of every night without sacrificing the guest experience. To do that I need an Airbnb specialist who is completely at home inside PriceLabs and who understands how strong copy, visuals and communication feed the pricing engine. Core areas you’ll own • Listing optimisation – refresh titles, descriptions, amenities and photo order so each home ranks higher and converts more browsers into bookings. • Dynamic pricing strategy – build and continuously refine PriceLabs rules, run market comps, and push nightly rates that balance occupancy with ADR to maximise overall revenue. • Guest communication – respond quickly to inquiries, pre-arrival questions and in-stay messages, converting leads, securing five-star reviews and flagging any issues that might hurt our metrics. Success metrics • Higher average nightly revenue and overall RevPAR within the first 60 days. • Occupancy levels at or above current performance despite rate increases. • Maintained or improved guest review score. "The Beacon Newsletter" is the community newsletter of the Port Campbell community. Port Campbell is located 12 km west of the Twelve Apostles, on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria. For about fourty years, a newsletter - The Beacon - has been collated and printed, then distributed among members of the local community. It 'sells' for, typically, a gold coin donation, though many locals tip much more than that into the tin each month. About a decade or so ago, the newsletter went online, creating its own facebook page: see www.facebook.com/groups/642533879186225 The facebiook community page was always operating as an adjunct to the 'official' papercopy of the newsletter, though the newsletter was able to draw content from the facebook site for each month's edition. I recommend you search and find "The Beacon Newsletter - Port Campbell Community", find Recent Files on that page and you can see exactly what the hardcopy of the Beacon looks like: you'll find dozens of past editions there. Lately, the Beacon has begun to struggle due to the dwindling time the volunteers who do everything related to the hard-copy of the document. So, they are looking for someone to perform the formatting of each months publication. That digital edition is then sent to a local printer, who prints about 100 copies - in colour - that are distributed around the community. So, what is being sought is someone who could do the formatting. This is purely a work-from-whereever-you-are gig. The correct applicant would need appropriate skills to format the 'magazine' by a deadline each month, so it looks similar to what past editions look like. Clearly, there are regular contributors, so they'd be contributing via their emailed suibmissions. Happy to talk to anyone about this if more deets are required, if that'd help.

We have X5 websites that need SEO Onsite Meta information applied. As well as AI SEO solid content created with H1, H2 and H3. We prefer to utilise Aussie English speakers for the Aussie websites. You can use AI as well if wish. This can lead to other works if giving recommendations on more pages and better SEO Onsite through Report review. Will suit someone very proficient in SEO Onsite work. Must be able to get approval on the new Meta information after research current rankings not to lose any. Then upload the changes and have it indexed with key search engines. Take screenshot of completed Meta info and content on each page to have task marked as completed. You will have access to apply the changes to the sites once the Meta and content approved for the first X10 pages of each of the X5 sites. Any questions please ask. I need 4 childrens books. I'm not great with technology and AI isn't giving me consistent scenes because the characters keep changing. I need 2 search and find books like "where's waldo" a bit easier though because they are for two 4yr olds. I have attached an example of what im trying to achieve. Basically, there are two kids, Kiyan and Milan. I want to make them their own search and find books but they are travelling through Europe so it'll be landmarks in Europe. Don't want it too easy but also not as difficult as wheres waldo because they are only 4. Book 1 - Where's Milan? Book 2 - Where's Kiyan? For the next two books, I have two stories already typed up. Book 3 - Milan's Dolma Day at Abla Daya's House Book 4 - Kiyan's Barbecue Bonanza at Abla Daya's House One book will be for Milan and the other for Kiyan. Each has a custom story so that each child feels special. I'm happy with the story, doesn't need changes. I also have characters created in the same style I am trying to achieve. I like the 3D animation/pixar look. I just want consistency across all the books so it looks like the same children and same family members. I've attached an idea of what I want, I have all the characters and names etc that i can send you so that you can use them in each scene they are mentioned in, they'll just need to change their expressions/actions etc. There are 2 children, 3 pets, 9 adults. It's just tricky for me to get them all in the scenes and consistent. if you have any questions let me know.
