Seeking an expert Google PPC Manager and Microsoft Ad Manager - We operate multiple brands in multiple countries, and are seeking an expert manager who will be hands on, who will put in the work and design effort (creatives, copies, headings through to campaign structures, testing, AB reporting) - we are expecting someone who will be transparent and open - NO flat retainers unless hours worked or clear KPI outcomes attached. Sadly, we are seeing many PPC managers quotes figures and then vanish, hand-ball off the work, and not implement agreed campaigns and then the logs show changes are made for weeks, testing does not occur etc. Hourly rate preferred with screen tracking / reporting. Retainers only considered if they come with clear KPI, reporting and agreed testing, structuring, and outputs. We would be looking at 2 google ad accounts and 2 micrsoft to start, and then growing that to 4 of each if results are there. Please share your case studies, and work process to be considered.

I’m looking for a talented brand / logo designer to help bring my new apparel brand, S’nice, to life. S’nice is a purpose-driven apparel brand that aims to collaborate with artists and feature their work on premium t-shirts and other products. A percentage of profits will go to both the artist and meaningful community causes. I don’t want the logo to be clean and polished, I want it to be rustic and hearty. Like it really means something. I want to work back and forth with someone to bounce ideas off. It needs to be a combined effort. This logo has to mean something. Because, this is more than just a clothing label, it’s a creative platform built around art, storytelling, community, and impact. What I Need: * Primary logo for S’nice * Secondary / simplified logo mark * Typography / font direction * Visual identity / brand vibe guidance Desired Brand Aesthetic I want the brand to feel: * artsy * hip / cool * surf-inspired * creative and authentic * premium but relaxed * wearable and timeless Think art gallery meets surf culture meets cool streetwear. I want the branding to feel stylish and elevated, but not overly corporate or polished. It should feel organic, creative, and memorable. Colour Direction Blue is essential. I’m especially drawn to: * ocean blues * washed blues * deep navy * multiple shades of blue layered together I’m less interested in black-heavy branding. The brand should feel connected to: * ocean / water * freedom * creativity * flow * community Important Notes I’ve attached an old logo concept I made years ago. It does not need to replicate that logo exactly, please use it as inspiration only, especially for the overall energy and blue colour palette. I do not want something generic or AI-looking. Bonus I will also need a website designed in the near future, so experience in website design (especially for apparel / e-commerce brands) would be a huge bonus and could lead to ongoing work.
