We need an existing Zoho CRM setup updated to clearly separate two related businesses while keeping everything within one Zoho CRM organisation. Business A — Product / Sales This business handles: Product sales Residential and commercial customers Supplier purchasing Builders, architects, designers and other B2B accounts Quotes and deal values Lead management Follow-ups Won/lost opportunities Product order and delivery status Pipeline: New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Requirements → Quote → Follow-Up → Negotiation → Won → Product Ordered → Delivery Scheduled → Delivered → Paid Business B — Services / Projects This business handles: Installation Preparation works Specialist finishing services Site inspections Quotes Follow-ups Subcontractors Project handover Pipeline: New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Site Inspection → Scope Confirmed → Quote → Follow-Up → Negotiation → Won → Job Handover A separate job-management platform will handle scheduling, crews and project delivery. CRM Requirements We require one Zoho CRM organisation with clear separation between Business A and Business B. Key fields should include: Business A / Business B Residential / Commercial Product or service Lead source Project location Project size Quote value Expected start/delivery date Next follow-up Won/lost reason Separate dashboards and reporting are required for each business. Shared Customers Some customers may purchase products from Business A and services from Business B. These should be created as two separate linked deals under the same customer/contact so revenue, pipelines and reporting remain separated. Accounting Accounting and banking will be managed separately for each business. Zoho will primarily manage: CRM → Leads → Contacts → Deals → Follow-ups → Sales Pipeline → Reporting Main Objective The system must be simple, scalable and easy for the team to use while providing clear separation and reporting between the two businesses.

I’m looking for an experienced Meta advertising specialist to help create and set up website sales campaigns through Meta Ads Manager for an established ladies fashion business. The business offers the latest women’s fashion, boho clothing and accessories, as well as designer pre loved pieces. The main objective is to drive women Australia wide to our Shopify website to purchase. The Shopify website, Facebook page, Instagram account and Meta Pixel are already connected. I do not want boosted posts. All campaigns must be created through Meta Ads Manager and optimised for website purchases. * I have images, advertising content and website links ready to supply. * I’m open to professional advice on the best campaign structure. I would like a sales campaign with ad sets and multiple ads, as well as separate standalone sales campaigns for selected products, new arrivals and special promotions. * The advertising budget will be discussed with the successful applicant once the recommended campaign structure has been explained. * I would like someone who can: * Check that the Meta Pixel and purchase tracking are working correctly * Recommend the best campaign and ad set structure * Set up the campaigns, audiences, placements and budgets * Create individual ads using the images and content I provide * Make sure each ad links to the correct product or collection page * Explain the setup so I can understand and help manage future campaigns * Advise how long each campaign should run before the results are reviewed * Please include: * Your experience with Meta sales campaigns * Any experience working with Shopify or ladies fashion businesses * Examples of previous campaign results where possible * What is included in your offer * Your setup fee and any optional ongoing management costs

We need someone experienced in GA4 and Google Tag Manager to set up proper event tracking, test it, and hand it over with documentation. TASKS 1. Audit our current GA4 and GTM setup and confirm what is and isn't being tracked. 2. Write a short tracking plan listing each event, what triggers it, and the details captured with it. 3. Track badge and Christmas-pick shares as GA4 "share" events, capturing the share method (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp, copy link), content type and item ID. 4. Track badge and Christmas-pick downloads as events, capturing content type and item ID. 5. Track the member journey: arrival from paid ads, key page steps, and completed registration. 6. Write the dataLayer code spec for our developer, then configure the matching tags and triggers in GTM. 7. Register custom dimensions in GA4 so the new details appear in reports. 8. Audit page titles and URLs for personal information (e.g. member names) and recommend fixes. 9. Build a simple report or dashboard showing shares and downloads by item, method and page. 10. Test everything (GTM Preview, GA4 DebugView) and send screenshots as proof. 11. Hand over the tracking plan, test evidence, and a 30-minute walkthrough call.
