We are a signage shop in Sydney. We have a HP LATEX 315 and HP LATEX 54 CUTTER, which are connected and run from the production software FLEXISIGN. Someone who is confident in their production signage skills and understands these machines well. Aswell as the different material types and has great knowledge of how to run a print business. Ranging from artwork setup for production files, some graphic skills from Adobe illustrator. We manufacture anything from window graphics, wall prints, decals for vehicles and poster printing. There will also be someone here at all times, during work hours is recommended and after hour works is available too. We are not looking to hire full time yet but it will get there. We would like to work closely with this person and there is plenty of support where needed. Sydney Guildford!

Scope of Work: > - Convert complex, high-detail raster artwork into vector format (.ai/.eps) suitable for large-scale printing. Expert knowledge of pre-press requirements, including color modes (CMYK) and handling metallic gradients. Placement of final assets onto a provided 264.95mm x 192.05mm die-line template. I have a series of AI-generated packaging concepts for a home fragrance gift set that I need professionally recreated as accurate, production-ready artwork for manufacturing. The packaging is a book-style gift box containing home fragrance products. The final design needs to retain the same overall look and feel, including the toile-style pattern, colours, typography, layout and premium aesthetic. Scope of work: Recreate the AI-generated design in Adobe Illustrator Rebuild/clean up the toile-style artwork so it is high-resolution and suitable for commercial printing Recreate typography, logos and graphic elements cleanly Apply artwork to our factory-supplied packaging dieline Ensure artwork correctly accounts for folds, panels, bleed and safe areas Prepare any foil/hot-stamp or special-finish layers separately where required Ensure colours are commercially printable and provide appropriate CMYK/Pantone specifications Create approximately 2 colour/design variations based on the supplied concepts Supply final print-ready PDF files Supply all editable/source files (AI) with linked assets/fonts outlined as required Allow for reasonable revisions after we receive factory feedback/pre-production checks There a total of two colours (blue and pink) and the designs required are the front, the inside left hand side, the inside right hand side and the back. Important: I am looking for someone with actual packaging/pre-press experience, not simply a general graphic designer. The final files will be sent directly to an overseas factory for mass production, so accuracy is important. I will provide: AI-generated reference images Logo/branding files Product/fragrance wording Factory dieline/templates Printing/finishing requirements once confirmed This needs to be done ASAP so please only accept the task if you have capacity to finish this today.
