My kitchen sink has been frequently blocking when washing dishes, requiring regular use of a plunger. We have a Panasonic split-system air conditioner that has recently started leaking water. We’ve already checked and cleared the outside drain pipe, but the unit is still leaking, mainly from the bottom right-hand side of the indoor unit. It’s a smaller system installed on the second storey in a bedroom, with the outdoor unit located on the ground floor. Unfortunately, I’m not sure of the unit’s age as we purchased the property two years ago, but it was last serviced around 12 months ago. I’m hoping to have the issue assessed to determine whether the unit can be repaired. If possible, I’d appreciate a quote before any work begins. Could you also please advise whether you charge a call-out fee
