Looking for an experienced concreter to install a durable concrete path around the perimeter of a new build house in Truganina (3029) and also finish the alfresco slab properly so everything looks complete and clean. The goal is to cover the entire perimeter so no soil is visible, creating a low-maintenance and durable finish around the house. Approximate Areas • Left side passage: ~18 m × 1–1.2 m • Right side passage: ~15 m × 1–1.2 m • Rear (behind alfresco): ~8 m × 1–1.2 m • Front (beside portico): ~5 m × 1–1.2 m Total perimeter area: approx 46 m² Alfresco Existing alfresco slab needs proper finishing / topping so it looks neat and consistent with the new concrete paths. Requirements: • Smooth clean finish suitable for outdoor entertaining area • Ensure proper drainage and neat edges • Match colour with the new concrete where possible Concrete Requirements • 100 mm thick plain grey concrete • Broom finish (non-slip) for outdoor paths • F62 mesh reinforcement on bar chairs • Compacted crushed rock base (min 50–75 mm) • Control / expansion joints every 2–3 m • Concrete must fall away from the house for drainage Site Notes • Work around existing heat pump unit on left side (already has concrete plinth) • Side passages are narrow so wheelbarrow access likely required • Clean straight edges along fencing and brickwork Communication / Process • Please send progress photos via WhatsApp during the job • Video call for final inspection before payment release • Payment through Airtasker only • ABN required for invoice When quoting please include • Total price (all inclusive) • Earliest availability • Photos of similar work
