Need someone that can fix this for me

I need this playground sanded in preparation to be painted. -It has flakey paint in many areas, that needs to be smoothened to be painted over - you do NOT need to remove all the paint, just sand it so its no longer glossy, and theres no flakey paint.

We have a large, sturdy metal framed play equipment in our backyard that needs to be dismantled. We have already done what we can with a drill and spanners, but the rest will need an angle grinder to remove the metal from the concreted bases and to break the frame into manageable sized pieces for removal (which has already been organized to be taken by a scrap metal collector). The angle grinder operator must be experienced in cutting metal, have the correct safety gear and be insured.

Assembly of new playground (Birmingham play centre) in terrace located in second level. Playground is boxed and new and instructions are provided. Boxes will need to be moved upstairs before assembly. Please ask me any questions before sending offers. Need this done before Friday 3rd April.

The equipment is growplay equipment. Approx 3 x 5m with all the extra additions. Includes monkey bars, a swing etc. It will need to be pinned safely into the astroturf in our backyard.
