Help my husband and son while we uninstall and reinstall this hoop as it was incorrectly installed. Is a 3 person job. Correct instructions below... Based on the latest information from our relevant team, the current installation method is incorrect. The main pole needs to be rotated 180 degrees, and the hoop bracket should be installed using the two lowest mounting holes on the backboard. Please refer to the attached photo for the correct installation position and use it as a reference when adjusting the assembly
