Hi, I need help diagnosing and deep-cleaning my Fisher & Paykel front-load washing machine. It used to work perfectly, but recently it's leaving brown particles all over the clothes after each wash. What I've already done: 1. Cleaned the filter at the bottom. 2. Ran a drum clean cycle with hot water. 3.Tried rewashing the same clothes — still brown residue appears. 4. I also hear sloshing water inside the drum after a cycle, which never used to happen. I suspect there may be: 1. Residue/sludge/mold build-up inside the outer drum or hoses. 2. Drainage issues or water retention in the drum. I need someone who can inspect and clean inside/behind the drum if necessary / check for drainage or pump issues to ensure it's safe and clean to use again.
