Hello my washing machine is not draining any help would be appreciated .

My washing machine wasn’t installed properly. It shakes and moves around during the ‘spin’ cycle. It’s off balance and the legs need to be fixed.

My washing machine is running but when it comes to drain the water it makes a very loud rattling sound from the inside towards maybe the bottom? Seems to get stuck during the draining cycle. I have connected a water hose for my new washing machine from the washing machine connection to the laundry connection tap. However it is leaking from the tap connection side. I need the hose made more secure and not causing any leaks. I hear a skilled plumber can make the connection more secure. Hoping to find someone and also do a quick test with them with the washing machine to make sure no more leaks. I've highlighted the leaking bit in red in the photos. If a plumber could please bring any equipment and material with them to fix this, please do so.

Just put $5 and can sort out later This particular washing machine seems to be working but nothing on the screen seems to be showing. We couldn’t open the door to it and the clothes were locked inside. Obviously no error codes as the screen isn’t working .

Hello, I am looking for a handy person to replace the door seal on our Samsung washing machine and install new washers in taps. We have the new door seal but the screws on the back of the washing machine (which need to be undone to open the top of the machine) have rusted in place due to leaking water from the water inlet valve. Sadly, I don't have the equipment to remove and replace them.
