Washing machine is not draining

Model - Electrolux Ultimate care 700 (Washing Machine/Dishwasher in 1). Bringing up error message of e21 and not draining water out. My husband and I have cleaned the front filter and disconnected the hoses and checked for debris. We also started to open the back to see if we could access the hose that is attached to the washing machine but we couldn’t - see pic - nothing further has been done to the inside Still not draining. Need fixed today ASAP please. Experienced repairman please.
