My Bosch washing machine isn't draining properly - there is stuff caught in the drain I think (t has happened before) but we can't get it open. The laundry is tight and awkward so we can't pull the washing machine out. The little white cap that goes inside the drain hose is also missing so I need a replacement cap. - Due date: Flexible

Bosch series 8 washing machine and i'm getting E18 error (which means the machine is not draining and the filter is blocked). I have tried to unscrew the filter but it is jammed (probably by debris, hair pins etc). It only moves 1/4 turn (its supposed to move 2 full turns). So I need someone who can come and fix this. I don't want the person to force turn it and then break it, so some experience is needed rather than brute force please. Ideal if you've done this before on the same washing machine. Need asap please as we use the washing machine daily. thanks
Ricky arrived on time and with everything needed to complete the task. Would highly recommend him to do the job well. Fixed the problem and was in touch after he left to check everything was working well and was he offered to come back the next day if needed. Definitely recommend Ricky.
