Rubber seal on Westinghouse easy care 300 Washing machine needs to be removed and cleaned. Smell and debris behind the seal. Last cycle I noticed smell on clothes. Tried accessing it myself however could only get the outside of the rubber seal cleaned. Thank you so much for your help!! (The back/inner part of the rubber seal removed, the gunk/debris removed, and the seal refitted properly)

We’re looking for someone to diagnose and repair our ASKO D5457 dishwasher, approx 10 years old. Observed: Dishwasher fills and drains normally, but the circulation pump seems to be alternating between a) just quietly humming with no movement and b) attempting to pump, but struggling, making sucking noises as if it's pulling air. There's no error code displayed. Already checked: The filters are empty, clean, and fully lock flush to their housings, with the handle of the pipe section pointed straight at the door. The sump and pump intake are clear of obstructions, and the pump turns easily. There's no foam in the tub. The water level seems correct at fill and at mid-wash. The drain path seems clear. Possible trigger: Onset was after a cleaning cycle with vinegar followed by bicarbonate soda. Machine was working normally before that. Haven't yet been able to check: suction-side seals; hose joint and clamps between sump and circulation pump; inside pump housing; impeller condition; motor capacitor; base pan for any leak evidence. Please provide a fixed price after diagnosis, before repair work starts. Please also let us know whether the call-out fee is credited against the repair.

Washing machine maintenance

I have a Haier Laundry Centre (Washer and Dryer Stack) with the "Clr Fltr" error. Pump filter is clean. I can't move it to fix it myself because it is large and heavy so might need 2 people to bring to move it and the laundry is not a big space. Worked fine for last few months and is otherwise brand new. Water is pooling and not draining. I have drained it myself manually while I await repair.

I recently installed a new washing machine. One of the pipes underneath the sink is leaking, needs inspection, tightening/ resealing.

Build a timber table and fix my laundry door! The space for a washing machine in my apartment is tiny and standard washers don’t fit. The person who lived here before me had a table/shelf installed so that the washer could sit on top of it (I’ve added a pic of what it looked like). This is the same as what I’m wanting to have built. The dimensions are: W: 58.5 D: 60 H: 87.5 (to the top of the sink) I’d also like you to fix my laundry door.. the hinges aren’t properly installed. Samsung top loader was leaking before and doesn’t spin clothes properly the clothes come out a little damp than usual. Wanting it fixed by tonight or tomorrow if possible
