Hi, need someone to remove the transport (travel) bolts from the back of a washing machine and push it back into place. It’s a quick 5-minute job but the person can’t reach to do it themselves.

Repair Bosch washing machine classixx. Turns off mid cycle, need to switch off at powerpoint and switch back on to finish the cycle. Sometimes need to do this a few times, especially when the load has towels or sheets in it. I think it has something to do with the load balance, but I am not sure. Machine also has a bent foot (front left), so maybe the machine is not level on the floor, and it moves around on the floor when in use, which may be causing this issue if it is not anything inside the machine. Sometimes it leaks a little water too, but not always.

Washing machine does not seem to allow water to come in from main water pipes at back of machine. I have to use other functions to get water in. I think it has to do with the washing machine. I would not mind someone checking what the issue is first and perhaps issue a full price to complete/repair

Model - Electrolux Ultimate care 700 (Washing Machine/Dishwasher in 1). Bringing up error message of e21 and not draining water out. My husband and I have cleaned the front filter and disconnected the hoses and checked for debris. We also started to open the back to see if we could access the hose that is attached to the washing machine but we couldn’t - see pic - nothing further has been done to the inside Still not draining.
