Just moved in and have problems getting the hose screwed into the water tap under the sink. It’s a tight awkward space and unsure if I’m needing an attachment for the tap underneath sink or if the tin is needing to be cut out. I went to Bunnings and have purchased a sheet metal nibbler cutter and I have a drill but not confident to use after reading instructions. By the completion of the task I would like my washing machine to be connected to the cold tap not leaking or dripping (I also have waterproof tape) and functioning correctly. Advantageous if you have plumbing experience!

Hisense front loader washing machine is leaking water from underneath. There are no error codes showing. The leak may be coming from the drain pipe, but it likely needs a bit of servicing as well. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
