I suspect the drain pump is blocked on my machine which is a Bosch WAW28460AU. It made weird noises in the drain pump area during the last wash, like something was moving around there. I tried to open the pump cover to clean it out but it is stuck and I can't get it to open. Need help please - Due date: Flexible

My 7 years old Fisher & Paykel 7.5kg front-loader has exhibited noise and vibration during its operation. I have checked that the machine is levelled and it does not jump around during operation. I can supply a video to demonstrate the noise. I have uploaded a picture to show the machine label. I would like to have this problem fixed.
