I need someone to fix the washing machine

Euromaid top loader washing machine. Won’t spin with a full drum. It will spin on a short cycle when the drum is drained and empty. I have changed the belt as the old one was a bit slack but think I have not tightened it enough. Can’t seem to tighten it further and can’t see any other issues. I need someone to have a look and tell me if there is another issue or can this be resolved by you tightening the belt. On street parking (free) directly outside house.

I need help installing a new washing machine. I want someone to disconnect and move the old washing machine out of the laundry cupboard space; then connect and move in the new washing machine. I intend to keep the old machine, so you just have to shift it into the living room. Please note: the laundry cupboard space is narrow, it's not easy to access the faucet & pipes.
