First we couldn't get the door to open . But had some help from a friendly plumber. So we have the door opened water drained. It's not a new fancy filter you can pull out and wash yourself it only drains the water. I can see some thread or string wrapped around behind the filter but can't get to it without tools and if that's the right way . For now our offers low, we understand things could change. That's understandable. We just need that filter cleared.

Hi, I’ve ordered a replacement outer door trim for my Fisher & Paykel WH8060J3 front load washing machine. The old trim was cracked, so I need someone to: • Remove the broken trim from the door • Install the new outer trim • Reattach the door to the washing machine • Make sure it latches and works properly I already have the part — just need someone experienced with appliance repairs or confident with this type of job.

I just moved and my washing machine wont drain after a cycle, it just has water on it. I drained the filter etc and found nothing blocking it so not sure what the issue is. The outlet hose is connected correctly to the pipe also. the other issue is I was draining through the hose underneath and the hose retracted and I cannot get it out again and it has not been closed with the lid. I need help installing my LG washtower. It keeps leaking water.

My washing machine wasn’t installed properly. It shakes and moves around during the ‘spin’ cycle. It’s off balance and the legs need to be fixed.
