I have a Bosch machine and a new seal on hand, just need it swapped out

Gives out of balance message when washing. Regardless of high or low load

When we turn on the machine, it runs for about 5–10 minutes and then stops. The door remains locked. We then have to drain the water manually using the drain pipe; once the water is drained, the door unlocks and the machine becomes ready to start again. We tried this three times, and the same issue. Need it fixed ASAP

Just moved into a new house and need my washing machine installed. It will be installed in the fridge space next to the laundry sink. There is a cabinet wall between the fridge space and under the laundry sink where the washing machine taps are. There are already 3 holes in the cabinet for hoses but they aren't wide enough to fit the hoses through, so they may need to be made wider to accommodate, probably with a hole saw and a drill. The washing machine will need to be moved from garage to laundry, but I have a trolley and can assist, and there are no flights of stairs.

Stack a new Bosch dryer on top of the washing machine. I have the compatible stacking kit which will also need to be installed with screws and made sure it's level. I am disabled and will not be able to help lift the dryer so you will need to be comfortable doing this, the dryer weighs 50kg. The dryer will need to be moved a short distance (around 2 - 3 meters) into the laundry before being installed. Hi there! Requiring 2 circle holes to be cut in the side of the laundry cabinetry to fit the hot & cold water piping through for the washing machine. Also requiring shelving under the sink in the kitchen to be cut to size to fit a tankless water filter (Aquala P500) on the right hand side. Filter is already operating, simply need the shelving cut to store it under the sink. Located in Deanside 3336 and can do most days from 1pm onwards. Flexible with weekdays/weekends.
