Hi, I’m looking for a qualified technician experienced with Samsung refrigerators to diagnose and fix the root cause of the issue shown in the attached photo. I believe the unit is most likely a Samsung Family Hub French Door refrigerator (RF28/RF29 series), but I can confirm the exact model if needed. The issue began intermittently and, after repeated cancellations, the original error message is no longer appearing on the screen. However, the underlying issue persists: when the refrigerator doors are left open, the warning alarm no longer sounds after a few seconds as it normally should. At this stage, I am also unsure whether any other functions may have been affected and what this error code is referring to Please advise on your availability for inspection and repair.
