We’ve just moved into a new home and have been unable to get the LPG gas connection and hot water working. residential single 45 kg LPG-cylinder setup supplying a Rinnai B26.

If its over 45min it goes to error , and now its not washing clothes anymore the detergent stays on the clothes and the clothes still smell like it hasn’t been washed, water not filling in machine properly

Looking for an appliance repair technician to diagnose and repair a Smeg dishwasher (10+ years old). Symptoms: * Dishwasher powers on normally. * Cycles can be selected normally. * Dishwasher fills with water and appears to start a wash cycle. * Water remains in the bottom of the machine. * Dishwasher faults part way through the cycle with flashing lights and beeps. * Drain cycle produces only a very faint hum. * Water level does not decrease. Troubleshooting already completed: * Filters removed and thoroughly cleaned. * Sump inspected for obvious blockages. * Drain hose checked for kinks (one kink was found and corrected). * Dishwasher completed one cycle after hose was straightened, then fault returned. * Drain hose disconnected from sink plumbing and tested directly. * During drain cycle, no water exits the drain hose and water level in the dishwasher does not drop. Based on troubleshooting, the fault appears likely to be related to the drain pump or drain system, but I would like a professional diagnosis and quote before proceeding.
