I am seeking assistance in replacing a Simpson 4 kg vented dryer for my elderly mother who lives independently in Darwin. The replacement unit I have ordered her has similar specifications, and I am hopeful the wall mount will not differ significantly. The service required would include: Removal of the existing unit from its wall mount, Installation and wall mounting of the replacement dryer, Disposal of the old appliance. I’ve installed a Remootio 3 remote control device, but it only works if I use another remote first to "wake up" the gate; otherwise, the system goes into sleep mode and doesn’t respond.
