1. Please check out kitchen oven (Gas) as when we have tried to use it, after about 5-10 minutes it will trigger our fuse to turn the power off in the apartment 2. Update 2 x basic hanging light fittings in lounge area (quite dated and globe fitting broke off one) example image of what we have to cover the light 3. Check kitchen downlight, as the switch doesn't seem to work 4. Check bathroom ceiling fan (this might require builder work to reinforce) *Also have bunnings vouchers if fittings were to be purchased from there, as the shop is across the road

We have a small, electric Westinghouse oven that has stopped working. The oven grill works but the bake settings (fan-forced and standard bake) don't work.

I have a Westinghouse Hibiscus 54cm gas upright cooker.
