Oven not heat up but grill works

St George UEO-7 Oven, Serial # 1495. The fan works, but the oven won’t heat up, however the grill still works. The oven temp light could on, which should mean the oven is working. There is a minimal amount of heat being produced. Photo and manual attached. Oven Temp - this light will illuminate when the oven is heating up. Once the oven has reached the temperature set, the light will cycle ON and OFF as the temperature is maintained. The light glows when any of the oven modes are used (eg. defrost, grill, high bake etc.) Pls check on the smoke alarm, which is the hardwired one as attached photo but not sure it is function or not as there has no light appear on it. Will need repair. Thanks
