I’m looking for an experienced commercial refrigeration technician to diagnose and repair a Franke SU05 milk cooling unit used with a Franke coffee machine. Issue: * Fridge is running but only cools to around 12°C. * Refrigerant is R134a. * Suspected refrigerant leak or refrigeration system fault, but requires proper diagnosis. Work Required: * Diagnose the fault. * Pressure test the refrigeration system for leaks. * Repair any leaks if found (quote separately if required). * Replace the filter drier if the system is opened. * Vacuum and recharge the system with the correct amount of R134a if required (40g from new) * Confirm the unit is cooling correctly before completion. Please only respond if you have experience with commercial refrigeration, are licensed to handle refrigerants, and have the necessary equipment (manifold gauges, vacuum pump, nitrogen for pressure testing, leak detector, etc.).

Hi 👋 have a standard sized dishwasher I’d like to fit. Previous owner didn’t incorporate a space for a dishwasher… crazy. So require someone to modify cabinet under bench top. Have the cupboard pictured to scuttle - just a collection of bits to be re-distributed. Chasing someone who knows what they’re doing of course! 1) make the necessary cuts and removals 2) do a nice job of it 3) not damage existing counter top 4) dishwasher will be fitted / connected later by a plumber.
