First we couldn't get the door to open . But had some help from a friendly plumber. So we have the door opened water drained. It's not a new fancy filter you can pull out and wash yourself it only drains the water. I can see some thread or string wrapped around behind the filter but can't get to it without tools and if that's the right way . For now our offers low, we understand things could change. That's understandable. We just need that filter cleared.
