Bosch serie 6 washer dryer drain pump error

My Bosch serie 6 dryer is 1 year old WNAZSAUIAL washer dryer 15 Pro It threw a E36 error and did not drain water. I cleared the drain pump and found a hair clip. But after clearing and cleaning and checking hose it is runs the error at end of cycle and doesn’t drain. It appears to drain in a spin and drain cycle but not wash. Have done electrical reset. Would like it looked at over weekend by qualified tech as warranty might take a few more days and I don’t want the delay. Based in Kingsgrovr
You might a lot of repair guys there is only one Ricky in Australia. This is the guy you need to make the repair, do it well and fix it for good. Working on my machine it was clear he’s done it 10,000 times. Quick easy and would use again anytime.
