Gas Cooktop Repair – Gas Valve Stuck Open One of the gas burner control valves on our cooktop has failed and is stuck in the open position. The affected burner is the top right burner. When the gas supply is turned on, gas flows continuously from this burner regardless of the knob position. For safety, the gas has been isolated at the mains. Hi! Need help swapping out my mum's old washing machine for a Miele front loader (been stored in the garage). Here's the job: 1. Collect the Miele from the basement (B1) garage and bring it up to Level 5 via elevator. Please bring a 2nd person and a proper trolley. 2. Shift a few items around in the laundry (small chest freezer + shelving items) to make space — tight space, see photos. 3. Disconnect the old washing machine (Hitachi top loader) and drop it at the building's bulky waste area on B1 (council pickup is next week). 4. Install the Miele and run a quick test cycle to confirm no leaks or excessive vibration. Access: Lift between basement and Level 5. Tight laundry space. Please only quote if you've installed Miele or other premium European front loaders before, it's an expensive machine and I need to get this right for my mum.

Looking for someone with kitchen cabinet experience to help install a new 900mm x 300mm sliding rangehood. The new rangehood vent area is larger than the existing one, so the surrounding cabinetry will need careful adjustment to accommodate it. We need someone who can handle both the installation itself and make the necessary modifications to the existing cabinets, keeping everything looking neat and intact. The cupboard is 300 deep, the current air vent area is 200, but new one is 300 deep, so the lower shelf area needs to be adjusted out effectively.
