I recently had a gas safety inspection completed on my property and need a licensed gas fitter/plumber to rectify several non-compliance items and provide compliance once completed. Main issues identified: Cooktop / Freestanding Oven: * Appliance not secured properly * Regulator not adjustable / requires attention * Appliance may need to be raised approx. 10mm above benchtop * Non-compliant gas hose routing through cupboard * General compliance rectification required Internal Ducted Heater: * Flue not properly supported * Heater installation requires inspection and compliance rectification * Access in roof space available but slightly tight Looking for: * Licensed and insured gas fitter only * Someone experienced with rental compliance / AS5601 standards * Supply and install materials if required * Prefer someone who can inspect first and quote properly * Please provide rough estimate and availability Looking for reasonable quotes

Gas line feeding stove needs to be capped so stove can be removed. We have a gas heater, so the pipe will need to be capped near the take off, which is likely in the roof with good access.

Is there a gas fitter/plumber who can help me out here. The outdoor barbecue's inlet gas pipe that I have doesn't quite reach the gas bottle's outlet. I can't move the outdoor barbecue unit as it's fixed in location. Looking for somebody who can basically replace the pipe and connections to a suitable one and leak test it.
