Hi, I need an old trough(or basin?) removed, new basin installed and get the plumbing ready for a dis washer. I also need certificate of safety for gas appliances to be able to rent the place. The house is at Albion 3022 and only has water heater and stove top to be checked. Gas safety check Rental providers must have a gas safety check once every two years of all gas installations and fittings. Millennium 32 Inbuilt Gas Log Fire Pilot light is on but doesn't does light on after switch to ON position both remote or manual. Licensed plumber required to connect gas. Pretty straightforward setup. Simple swap over - out with the old and in with the new. New one is already delivered and sitting in the kitchen located in Albion Vic.
