Our Hisense French door fridge/freezer (HR6CDFF512GW) is no longer cooling/freezing. I think the fan might be busted? I followed the reset instructions provided by Hisense over the phone, but that didn’t make a difference. I can’t reach any appliance repair people due to the holidays.
